Emirates College of Technology invites qualified applications for the position of Human Resources Management Instructor
Successful candidates must have the following:
Ph.D. or Master Degree in HRM or a related discipline from an accredited University.
Fluency in English with a minimum 5 years teaching or teaching and industrial experience after the Master Degree.
Strong knowledge of HRM skills, such as:
Job Description and Job Analysis.
Principles of HRM.
Performance Appraisal.
Recruitment and Selection
Staff Development and Training.
Strategic Planning for Human Resources.
